Welcome to another interview from the Fitness Spotlight series. Today, we have interviewed one of the most popular fitness trainer Valentin Bosioc. So, without wasting much of your time, let’s take a look at things Valentin has to say about FITNESS.

Could you tell us a bit about yourself and how you started training?

My name is Valentin Bosioc, I’m an international fitness model, sponsored athlete, certified personal trainer and nutritionist, Musclemania champion, online coach and Ninja Warrior semifinalist. At the moment I’m credited by influencer agencies the most followed Romanian athlete on Facebook. I’m also a Master Trainer at one of the biggest and best fitness schools in Romania. I’ve loved sports even since childhood. I started at 13 years and practiced many different sports, including MMA, Box, Rugby, Judo, Aikido, Bodybuilding.

How do you stay motivated?

To be honest, for me staying fit and healthy is a way of living. I stay motivated by motivating my followers because they motivate me, their results make me proud.

What is your current workout routine?

My current workout routine is mostly based on supersets. Here’s how it works:

Day 1: Total body workout, functional training
Day 2: Arms + Shoulders superset workout
Day 3: HIIT
Day 4: Legs Day
Day 5: Chest + Back superset workout
Day 6: + Day7 – rest days, recovery days

What is your diet like?

I always maintain a clean diet, a modified keto diet, carb cycle type.

What gives you the best results when trying to get read?

The best results is always having patience! Without perseverance and patience, you don’t get results.

What 3 exercises have contributed the most to building your physique?

The basic: Squats, Chest Press, Pull-ups.

What supplements do you use?

I always consume vitamins, BCAAs, protein powder, and a fat burner.

What is the most common question?

Hah, this is a funny one. I always get the question: “what steroids you take to look like that?” :)). But my answer is easy: GENETICS, HARD WORK, AND DEDICATION. I’m a lifetime natural athlete, but I always get that question.

What is your greatest achievement so far?

My greatest achievement so far is my amazing family! My beautiful and fantastic daughter and my loving and supporting wife.

To continue to have a beautiful life, to keep it fit and healthy and to change as many lifes as possible.
